2011-12: Finished her junior season with a 10-13 overall record in singles play, playing the bulk of her matches at the No. 3 singles position ... Finished the year by going 5-5 over her final 10 matches ... Produced a combined record of 10-13 in doubles matches for the year ... Played 20 of her 23 total doubles matches with teammate Viktoriya Plyuta ... The duo played all of their matches at the No. 1 spot and compiled a 10-10 record for the season ... Won her first singles match of the season on Jan. 31 at home with a 6-4, 6-3 victory against Central Arkansas ... Put together a four-match wins streak in singles beginning with Nebraska-Omaha (Feb. 22) and ending with Nebraska-Kearney on Feb. 25 ... In doubles, teamed with Plyuta to win four-straight matches spanning from North Alabama (March 17) and Arkansas State (April 4). 

2010-11: Finished her sophomore season with a 7-16 overall record in singles play, going 7-8 in No. 1 matchups and 1-7 at No. 2 ... Ended the year with a 9-15 record in doubles matches, going 6-9 when teamed with Viktoriya Pluyta, 0-1 with Andrea Steen-Rosten, 3-2 with Rebecca Van Den Houte and 0-3 with Rachel Pierce ... Won six of seven singles matchups at one point in the season, beginning with a 7-5, 6-1 win versus Missouri-Kansas City on February 20 and ending with a 6-2, 6-3 victory at home over Harding on March 7 ... Claimed her first singles victory in UALR's first match of the season, winning a 7-6, 6-4 match at Arkansas-Fort Smith ... Won eight straight doubles matches beginning with an 8-5 win with Van Den Houte against Missouri-Kansas City on February 20 and ending with an 8-2 win with Pluyta against Harding on March 7 ... Named to the Sun Belt Conference's Honor Roll for achieving a GPA of 3.0-3.49.

2009-10: Finished the season with a singles record of 11-12, going 5-6 in No. 2 singles and 6-6 in No. 3 singles ... Compiled a 5-4 record over the last nine matches ... Finished the season with 11 doubles victories  ... Partnered with Veronique Luksich to go 3-2 at No. 1 doubles ... Partnered with Anne Weijenborg to go 8-11 at No. 1 doubles ... For her academic achievements, earned ITA Scholar Athlete honors.

Pre-UALR: Kakovkina comes to UALR from her hometown of Kaliningrad where she began playing tennis at the age of seven ... She brings a wealth of international experience and success to the Trojan tennis program, as she has won 14 cups and 25 medals during her amateur career, including three top-finishes at tournaments in Bortsova, Ozerova and Shipilova.
