2007-08 (As a Junior): Appeared in all 31 games with 21 starts in his first season at UALR ... Averaged 6.2 points per game and ranked second on the team in rebounding average (4.0 per game) ... Scored in double figures eight times and led the team in scoring on six occasions, including a season-high 19 points, off 10-of-12 free-throw shooting, in a win over Centenary (Nov. 20) ... Went 5-of-6 from the field en route to a 15-point, eight-rebound performance in his UALR debut against the University of the Ozarks (Nov. 9) ... Made his first career start against Loyola Marymount (Nov. 12) and responded by scoring 14 points off 7-of-12 shooting ... Scored 14 points in UALR’s 84-82 win over North Texas (Feb. 9) and blocked a potential game-tying shot by UNT’s Josh White in the closing seconds ... Northeastern JC: Earned NJCAA First Team All-Region IX honors as a sophomore ... Started all 36 games for NJC, leading the team in rebounding (7.6 per game), field goal percentage (.604) and blocks (27), while ranking second in scoring average at 13.1 points per game ... Led the Plainsmen to a 34-2 record, the Region IX title and a berth in the NJCAA National Tournament – where NJC finished seventh ... Earned a spot on the Region IX All-Tournament Team in 2006-07 ... Put together an 11-point, 11-rebound double-double in NJC’s 90-77 win over Casper in the championship game ... Averaged 14.8 points and 7.8 rebounds per game to help the Plainsmen to a 3-1 showing at the NJCAA National Tournament ... Recorded a 17-point, 10-rebound double-double in NJC’s final game of the tournament, a 94-80 win over Southwest Tennessee ... Played in 33 games with five starts as a freshman at NJC, averaging 6.8 points and 4.0 rebounds per game in a reserve role, while shooting 50.0 percent from the field (79-of-158) ... The Plainsmen went 30-4 during his freshman season en route to a top-20 national ranking ... Played for head coach Eddie Trinkel.

 

Mountain Pointe HS: Did not play on the varsity squad at Mountain Pointe until his senior season, which culminated in him earning Class 5A Central Region Player-of-the-Year honors and a spot in the 2005 Arizona Republic All-Star Basketball Classic ... Led Mountain Pointe to a 19-8 record as a senior, falling to North Canyon in the first round of the state tournament ... Played under head coach Sam Ballard.
