2010 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded career-high as second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team and earned All-Sun Belt honors winning the event at the Sun Belt Championships in 3:15.21 and ranking the team ninth in UALR career records…Recorded career-high in the 4x100-meter relay as the third leg placing fourth at the SBC Championships in 40.65 ranking the team second in UALR career records…Recorded season-highs of 48.87 in the 400-meter dash at the SBC Championships, 21.57 in the 200-meter dash at the Ole Miss Invite, and 10.90 in the 100-meter dash at the Rhodes College Open…Also recorded 400 meter times of 50.52 for fourth place at the UCA Relays, 49.06 winning the event at the Harding Invitational, and 49.89 for 29^th place a t the Beach Invitational…Also recorded 200 meter times of 21.80 for second at the Rhodes College Open, 21.61 for 15^th at the Mt. Sac Relays, and 22.06 for 22^nd at the SBC Championships.

2010 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded season-high in the 55-meter dash at the ASU Kickoff Klassic placing 18^th in 6.70…Recorded season-high in the 200-meter dash at the Sun Belt Championships placing 15^th in 22.32…Recorded season-high in the 400-meter dash at the SBC Championships placing 13^th in 50.08…Recorded season-high in the 4x400-meter relay at the ASU Kickoff Klassic at fourth leg placing third in 3:19.91…Also recorded times in the 400 meters at the ASU Kickoff Klassic placing 35^th in 1:12.31, the Arkansas State Invitational placing 22^nd in 54.43, and the Iowa State Classic placing 29^th in 50.14…Recorded a time of 22.72 in the 200 meters at the Arkansas State Invitational.

2009 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded career-high and highest finish in the 100-meter dash at the Hendrix Invitational winning the event in 10.79...Recorded career-high and highest finish as fourth leg of 4x100-meter relay team placing second at the Sun Belt Championships in 41.05 ranking them third in UALR career records and sixth in the Sun Belt...Also recorded seventh place finish as fourth leg of 4x100-meter relay at the Ole Miss Invitational placing seventh in 41.33...Recorded career-high as second leg of 4x400-meter relay at LSU Alumni Gold placing ninth in 3:13.99 ranking them fifth in the Sun Belt and UALR career records...Recorded highest finish as fourth leg of 4x400-meter relay team at the SBC Championships placing fourth in3:14.73...Also recorded eighth place finish as second leg of 4x400-meter relay team at the Ole Miss Invitational in 3:15.69...Recorded season-high and highest finish in the 200-meter dash at the ULM Warhawk Classic placing third in 21.57 ranking him tenth in the Sun Belt...Also recorded 200 meter finishes at the SBC Championships placing 12^th in21.58, the Bison Invitational placing 12^th in 23.12, the LSU Alumni Gold placing 13^th in 21.74, and the Ole Miss Invitational placing 19^th in 21.61...Recorded season-high and highest finish in the 400-meter dash at the Bison Invitational placing second in 49.01.

2009 Indoor Track Season:  Second leg of 4x400-meter relay team that won at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic ranking them sixth in UALR career records and seventh in the Sun Belt Conference...Recorded career-high in the 200-meter dash at the prelims of the SBC Championships placing ninth in 22.07 ranking him seventh in UALR career records and ninth in the Sun Belt, before placing ninth in the finals in 22.34...Recorded highest finish in the 200 meters at the Arkansas State Kickoff Classic placing fifth in 22.65...Recorded season-high in the 60-meter dash at the McDonald’s Invitational placing 13^th in 7.21...Recorded season-high and highest finish in the 400-meter dash in the finals at the SBC Championships placing fourth in 48.94 after placing eighth in the prelims in 49.68...Also recorded third place finish in the 400 meters in 50.32 and in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:24.80 at the McDonald’s Invitational, 29^th placing finish in the 200 meters in 22.10 at the Iowa State Classic, and seventh place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the SBC Championships in 3:22.08.

2008 Indoor Track Season:  Named Sun Belt Conference Track Athlete of the Week after setting the new school record and fastest time in the Sun Belt as the second leg of the Distance Medley relay at the Iowa State Classic recording a time of 9:58.28 with Vladimir Findra, Aaron Batey, and Ondrej Puskar...Member of 4x400 relay team as the third leg that placed fourth at the Arkansas State Kickoff Klassic with a time of 3:20.18 with Jeremy Greenwood, Daniel Ladd, and Jeremie Schwartz placing the team seventh in UALR career records and in the Sun Belt...Also placed fifth at the Sun Belt Championships in the 4x400 with the same team...Recorded season high in the 55-meter dash at the Arkansas State Kickoff Klassic with a time of 6.71 for 16^th place and also recorded highest finish in the 200-meter dash with a seventh place showing with a time of 22.41...Recorded season high in the 200 meters at the SBC Championships placing 14^th with a time of 22.34...Placed fourth in the 400-meter dash at the Arkansas State Invitational with a  time of 49.91 and placing 32^nd in the 60-meter dash at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 7.12.

2007 Outdoor Track Season:  Recorded season best in the 200 meters at the Ole Miss Invitational recording a time of 22.30 ranking him ninth in UALR career records...Recorded season best in the 400 meters at the Sun Belt Championships placing ninth with a time of 48.09 ranking him sixth in UALR career records...Recorded season best in the 400 meter hurdles at he Tulsa Duels with a time of 57.79...Competed on the 4x100 relay team as anchor leg at the SBC Championships with the team placing fifth in 41.02 ranking them second in UALR career records...Competed on 4x400 relay team as lead-off leg placing fifth at the SBC Championship with a time of 3:15.05 ranking them sixth in UALR career records.

2007 Indoor Track Season:  Recorded season best in the 200 meters at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 22.31 ranking him sixth in UALR career records...Recorded best finish in the 200 meters at the Saluki Booster placing tenth with a time of 22.78...Recorded season best in the 400 meters at the Iowa State Classic recording a time of 48.75 ranking him fifth in UALR career records and eighth in the Sun Belt Conference...Placed fifth in the 400 meter preliminaries at the Sun Belt Championships with a time of 49.04...Competed on the 4x400 relay team at second leg with the team placing third at the  SBC Championships in 3:20.36.

High School:  Lettered at Little Rock Central High School...Recorded the 15^th best time in the state in the 400 meters in 2006 with a time of 50.30 at the 5A State Meet...Recorded the 51^st best time in the state in the 200 meters with a time of 22.95 in 2006 at the Wal-Mart Lake Hamilton Classic.
