LITTLE ROCK - The UALR baseball team's game against Southeast Missouri State at Gary Hogan Field on Tuesday has been canceled due to the threat of inclement weather. With severe thunderstorms scheduled to hit the Little Rock area Tuesday afternoon and evening, head coach Scott Norwood decided it would be in the best interests of both teams to call off Tuesday's 6 p.m. matchup.

Whether or not Tuesday's game will be made up on Wednesday will depend on the severity of the storms Tuesday night. As of now, the two teams are still scheduled for a 3 p.m. contest on Wednesday, but Norwood and his staff plan to re-evaluate the field conditions Wednesday morning to determine if Gary Hogan Field will be playable that day, and if so how many games will be played.
