LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—The 2012 Joe Foley
Women’s Basketball Camp dates are announced with five different options available.
The Individual and Mini Camps will be held June 25-28. Team Camps will be held
June 5-7 and July 25-27. New this year, an Advanced Skills Camp will be available
June 23-24. All camps will be held at The Jack Stephens Center and the Donaghey
Student Center.
The Mini Camp is offered to girls in grades first through
fourth from 9-11:30 a.m. Cost per camper is $90.00. Registration will be
held from 8-9:30 a.m. at The Jack Stephens Center on June 25.
The Individual Camp is offered to girls in grades fifth
through 12th grades from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Cost per camper is
$190.00. Registration will be held from 8-9:30 a.m. at The Jack Stephens Center
on June 25.
No personal checks will be accepted after June 1.
A lunch hour with beverages will be proved for campers.
Team Camps are offered for one, two, or three days during
June 5-7 and July 25-27. Cost for the camp is $450 for all three days,
including eight total games, $340 for two days, including six games, and $170
for one day including three games.
No meals are included with team camps.
Team camp will have a number of different divisions based on
strength of team. Games will be officiated by experienced officials.
Deadline for personal checks for the June 5-7 camp is May 14th
and for the July 25-27 camp is June 14th.
This year the Joe Foley Women’s Basketball Camps offers an
Advanced Skills Camp that is open to girls entering grades ninth through 12th.
During this camp, emphasis will be placed on individual skills through position
work, defensive and offensive concepts, and how to put these skills and
concepts together.
Cost per camper is $90. Registration will be from 1-2 p.m.
at The Jack Stephens Center on June 23.
No personal checks will be accepted after June 1.
This is an overnight camp. Lodging and meals are included in
the price of camp.
Campers are responsible for furnishing all workout gear and
should bring two pairs of shoes with one specifically for wearing in the gym
for all camp sessions.
To guarantee a space in camp, the camper must either enclose
the full payment or a deposit equal to half the cost of camp. The
pre-registration deposit is non-refundable. In case a camper pays the
entire amount prior to the start of camp and cannot attend, she may request and
receive a refund for everything but the cost of the pre-registration deposit.
All camp sessions are open to the public and parents and
friends are encouraged to attend.
